Plusle always acts as a cheerleader for its partners. Whenever a teammate puts out a good effort in battle, this Pokémon shorts out its body to create the crackling noises of sparks to show its joy. It climbs telephone poles to absorb electricity.
Met at POWER PLANT (level 19) | DATE 2/27/2020 Allurua caught this little guy instead of a rude Pichu she spotted at the power plant, but she and Keith soon discovered he was one half of a pair when his partner, a Minun, followed them from the plant. Feeling remorseful for separating the little pokemon from its mate, Allura released Twinkle. The two of them decided to tag along with her and Keith, however, so all's well that ends well. They do breed frequently, however, so there's rarely a time when Keith and Allura aren't carting around one of their eggs.
